Wondering about how to use Cognos 10.2 cubes capabilities?

Cognos is changing a lot to meet current BI requirements. Often i find myself wondering which OLAP capability to use. Cognos comes with stuff like Powercubes, PowerPlay, Dynamic Query Engine, TM1, Cognos Dynamic Cubes.
